I’m a UX designer based in Chicago. I am constantly seeking out opportunities to combine my passions for art and science. To me, beautiful design is not only aesthetically pleasing but offers a solution rooted in data.

I majored in Mechanical Engineering because I wanted to eventually design and build products that would become a part of people’s everyday lives. After graduating, I became a product engineer in the consumer goods industry, a role that was everything that I was looking for when I chose my major. I was focused on creating functional designs for physical products.

While at this job I had the opportunity to explore the design for an app that would accompany the company’s first wi-fi-enabled product. I was enjoying the challenge of building physical products, it was designing an experience for the digital world that made me excited to go to work everyday. 

UX design represents the ideal combination of art and engineering. I look forward to collaborating with you create products exemplify that perfect union!
